The llama-server program is part of Llama.cpp, which in this case I've built from source on my own PC. The model file is a variant of the Qwen3.5-27B model. It has been decensored by somebody on the Internet (that is how the "heretic" tag got in there) and severely quantized to greatly reduce its size at a cost of some of its cleverness (that is what the IQ3_XS part signifies). I did the quantization myself; Llama.cpp includes programs that allow this to be done fairly straightforwardly, albeit very slowly in some cases (but you only need to do it once). It would be much easier to just find some text-generation model file that somebody else has already quantized for you and simply download it, and that should be an option for you. I don't remember why exactly I didn't do it that way. As with image and video generation, your choice of model will heavily influence how pseudosmart the AI is and how powerful your hardware will need to be to run it. I only have much experience with this one, which on my 16GB video card is certainly capable of writing a masturbation-worthy short story of low-to-medium-low quality, and then optionally extending it by a few chapters in accordance with whatever additional requests I may make. If I try to go longer than that though it tends to crap out in some weird glitchy way, and I wouldn't usually want to anyway because it isn't that good a writer. There are lots of models though.

Be sure to get some "heretic" or "abliterated" model, as others will refuse to help you write erotic stories, which I assume you want to do, since you're asking in this thread.The model to get really depends on how much VRAM you have and how patient you are for the next part of the story to be generated.
