Still baffled how relatively well Minimax H3 can handle fairly dynamic scenes without any super obvious style drift. In this case, I kinda sabotaged it by having an endframe, that would require a fairly complex camera transition at the end, that I haven't been able to prompt yet. Generate them with an image model that can do before/after shots, plug them into H3 and it'll follow those references very closely most of the time. You don't really need complex prompts for it, just follow the syntax for different reference images. I haven't tried things much more complex on account of having very basic tastes but there's so much you can do with this model already with references alone.

Video references slow it down a lot especially if they're long or high res, but there are comfyui nodes that resize them and let you choose which frames to use when plugging them in. I haven't tried the turbo loras or most of the speedups yet.

Man, I hope we have a breakthrough in t2a. The stilted ai voices really take me out of it. I've been doing mostly anime stuff in Japanese for the same reason I watch subs over dubs. Harder to tell when the voice acting's bad.
