I'm a white guy living in Japan. I can't even tell you how good it is. I'm sorry to say it, but the expectations from girls here are so low. If they want more Indians (very unlikely, mostly they don't care or even think about shit like this in my experience, especially women) they aren't doing a good job, because it only got harder for any of them to stay here long term
The only Indians I ever see are working at konbini or at Indian restaurants (and most there are Nepalese, so technically not Indian, but whatever) and they are also students, and will almost certainly be going home afterward

I won't lie, if you want to stay here longer than a visitor visa, it's extremely difficult
There isn't high demand for anything but extremely specialized fields, and even then, you have to know someone (this is both the reason I'm not giving more details, and the only reason I'm able to be here)
If your English isn't VERY near native level (at least good enough where English-speaking Japanese can't tell the difference) then you are completely hopeless if you don't speak Japanese at least an N2 level, unless there is some special circumstance
You're very unlikely to make money here, and it's harder than ever to stay here long term, even if you are legit qualified in virtually every way
Although if you're very well off, none of that is a problem (but I know you're not if you're asking questions like these)
If you do want to live here long term, most likely you'll have to teach English, or have a valuable and specialized skillset and get lucky enough to make friends who can help you get a job at a place willing to sponsor your visa

I have Japanese friends who've complained that Americans are sometimes loud, but appreciate that we tend to be polite and trying to make an effort. When I've heard them complain about other foreigners (which isn't terribly often, to be fair, but when they're more comfortable and/or a little drunk) about 75% of it has been directed at Chinese. The rest has been at Indians for being... creepy, basically, and smelling bad, or occasionally when I'm in Tokyo, about Nigerian touts, but that's a whole other issue, really.
