If you're familiar with cinematography then you should no have problems making something like this in H3. Just describe it as you would directing a short film. Describe the camera positioning (close-up shot, medium-shot, wide angle shot), the movement (camera pans, rotates, follows).
For cuts, use the syntax:
>[SHOT 1] At 00:03.000, hard cut to a close-up shot of BIG FAT TITTIES
or whatever it is you want to see.

i just learned it as i went along, you quickly get an eye for it. watch movies and pay attention to how things are framed.
h3 can get you only part of the way there, it is notoriously bad at keeping track of where people are and how to frame things. If you don't specify things it gets very generic.

For example: You want a scene with two people on a bench.
Let X be <Subject 1>, Y be <Subject 2>...

BAD PROMPT:
X and Y are sitting on a bench, the camera pans in.
[Shot 2] Close-up of X and Y as they talk.

This could be fucking ANYTHING. The camera could come in from the side, from the back, from above.
Worse, when we go over to shot 2, we don't know where the camera is nor locations of X and Y within the frame.
You're going to be in re-gen hell forever.

GOOD PROMPT:
centered shot framing X and Y from the thighs up, they are both sitting on a bench, X left, Y right. The camera pans in.
[Shot 2] The camera cuts to a 3/4ths side close-up of X and Y as they talk, X left background Y right foreground.

X and Y's location on the bench is defined. We know X is left, and Y is right. We also know exactly where the camera is (center, framing X and Y). For shot 2, telling H3 the camera cuts pretty much ensures it will actually cut instead of just drifting.
We preserved X and Y's locations on the bench, but we also added a specific camera shot. Y is in the foreground, X is in the background at a 3/4's side closeup. It's going to be a shot which emphasizes Y and has X slightly behind and to the side.
