I didn't make most of these to be fair but I could and I did make the first two posts
Any modern competent video editor has motion tracking
I used Affinity Photo to make the black bar itself with a shadow, and then used kdenlive to composite it over the video using motion tracking. kdenlive is aids though I would recommend just using davinci resolve or something if you can (it has better motion tracking anyways). There's lots of tutorials online for this sorta stuff and its mostly just tracking a part of their body. it takes some messing around and knowledge but is mostly automated.

Davinci Resolve is free, industry tier, but you may have to give them your email or some shit I don't really remember desu and I think you need a dedicated GPU to use it but maybe it works with integrated now not sure
