If you're getting random videos from your H3 prompts, then you're doing it wrong. H3 is incredibly prompt adherent out of the box, without any Loras, and completely uncensored. I only use mysticxx lora for NSFW stuff, like showing genitilia or sex motions, and sometimes i'll use a pussy lora for more detail. I don't think its resource intensive either. I'm generating 15s videos on H3 using the same rig that I was generating 6s WAN videos at the same resolution.

H3 can do anime. This is one of my failed gens that came out anime because I didn't specificy that they were supposed to be realistic actors. I'm not sure how the sex motion would look because I haven't really explored the anime style. If you start with a reference image then H3 should maintain the style without changing how the characters look.

What's your rig? Since you said 15 second with H3 takes as long as 6 of WAN, i'm curious. I can do 7-8 seconds of WAN at 720p in 15-20 minutes per clip without upscaling. Nothing amazing, but it works for the purpose, and i don't really do 720p a lot until recently while testing the limits, and only use sage attention. 16GB Vram, a lot of disk ram (I think i have allocated 200GB to it) and 64gb ram here.

I never said it took as long as 6 seconds of WAN, I said I used the same rig as when I was generating 6s WAN videos. For WAN, i could generate 6s 480p vids in about 2-3 minutes using an accelerator and in 4 steps. For H3, I use 20 steps and don't use an accelerator, because I use multiple camera angles and cuts in my videos, and need as much quality as I can get. It takes about 13 minutes for a 15second video. I only have 13GB of VRAM and 32 GB of RAM.

This is made with H3 in ComyUI. It's composed of several clips spliced together in Vegas and of course the soundtrack added in. H3 doesn't do too well with the twirling (nothing does) and the actual source video is on the lower quality, so you get some gnarly looking faces from time to time. Did a face lock using references although I probably should have done an AI nude of her and used that for body lock. Regardless, didn't take that long to make. Using Kitchen attention and no other weird nodes for this one. Just basic comfy.

You ABSOLUTELY NEED a good start frame, and preferably an end frame too to keep it consistent. Up to you how you're gonna create them, but they need to be there as part of the process. You can't just text prompt this shit. Not by a long shot, if you want it to look a certain way. Be ready to take maximum advantage of AI image generators first if, for example, you need to gender swap a character or alter some other detail. You'll want image-to-image support. Also, be ready to traditionally photoshop the shit out of your start and end frames to get your details just right.

Then it's just a matter of feeding your start and end frames to the video AI, and really flexing your English language skills with your prompt creation. Go full novelist, be vibrant and creative with your output, but remember to keep it suitably brief so you don't overwhelm the AI. I mean literally start learning new vocabulary that you didn't think you'd need before. I've used perchance.org for assistance, they have prompt generators that use expressions and lexicon that I never would've thought to use.

Then, you just accept what the AI spits out. You're gonna have a lot of failures, that's just the nature of the beast. I've only posted what I personally have deemed acceptable, and getting there often involved correcting both my start/end frames AND my prompt. AI or not, the best stuff takes effort. There are no easy meals to be had.

I have a second gpu installed, and run the llm there. Highly recommend this if you've got one laying around and a spare slot in your mobo. Can use it for a parallel comfyui as well - can be running low res protoypes, image gens, etc while a video cooks on the main card. Huge qol boost. Doesn't take a lot vram for that 2nd card to be useful too - I was using an 8gb card for it for a long time. Absolutely worth a little cash for a used card if that's what it takes.

LM Studio is really easy to use, too. ChatGPT, Claude, whatever, they can all help you get it set up.

Ok, we're getting up there in the count on the thread, so I don't feel terrible dumping to finish it off.

This is the One-Click AutoSlop I was working on yesterday. I'd say I've got about a 25% hit rate on this. This dump isn't everything from this morning's chooch, but I am including some of the "almost there" and "yeah wtf" gens, just for reference.

With the 5080, these crank out at 400s each, with the 5060ti they take about 14:00.

That's full process, start to finish, all in one gen:
