There is zero excuse not to be creative with any gen other than simply being lazy, even the prompts can be done via AI and enhanced and based on the images as well and all formatted to the H3 standard of prompting.

It takes time to come up with an idea, time to write the prompt, revise the prompt, test it, and keep reworking it if it doesn't come out the way you want. The more complex your idea, the more time you'll have to spend trying to fix it and there's no guarantee it will come out to your satisfaction. You could do all that and maybe get something worthwhile, or not. If you're just trying to get your rocks off and share your smut with anons, it makes more sense to take the more efficient, lazier route.
