A genuine yandere is scary precisely because they are higher in the totem pole when it comes to threat or strength level. They're a danger to everyone except their object of obsession and sort of act like unpredictable forces of nature from the pov of their target and victims. You don't fight yanderes. You either survive them or embrace the crazy. As such, you lose a bunch of the appeal of NTR when trying to include a yandere. You can't really do normal corruption because its antithetical to the obsessive love thing. You can't really do maledom because then the yandere comes off as a jobber instead of the scary threat they're supposed to be. At that point, might as well just be a regular girl instead of a yandere. Heck, might as well just use a hypnosis app and be done with it. In the end, it's too extreme of a character archetype to make work in NTR.
