I know why it started for me, but I usually self insert as the dude doing the cucking rather than being cucked. In high school the very first sexual experience I had was hooking up with a girl at a party who was cheating on her boyfriend. We got caught mid hookup by someone walking into the room who was friends with the boyfriend and it caused a ton of drama over the following few months that summer. Her boyfriend threatened to kill me multiple times but he never did anything. They ended up staying together over the summer before splitting for college lol.
