Hey anons, i paid an artist via paypal as im usually not a huge fan of skeb-style 'surprise' type comms. They've been working on art and have been posting various other pieces for a while but have not touched mine and it's been nearly a full 6 months. They've finally sent one sketch (not the finished piece) about a month ago but nothing since. Should I refund before the timer runs out? I was originally under the impression this wouldn't take very long (but we never set any deadlines, probably my mistake). They're at least somewhat communicative but i don't want to lose the ability to force a refund if this never ends up finished
