Does anyone know what's going on with rule 34?

Wanted to goon but for whatever reason I can't access rule 34. After some research I discovered that some SK company (KidariStudio) complained to Google about copyright infringement. So I guess rule 34 got taken but that's all I've been able to discover. What did Kidari claim copyright over? And will rule 34 be back or should I find a new goon site?
