In A Course in Miracles, the belief in separation did not come into being through a real creation or actual event in Reality. The Course deliberately treats it as an impossible thought that was seemingly taken seriously. It calls it the 'tiny mad idea', the notion that the Son of God (you) could exist apart from God.

Daily reminder that ACIM was started by the |usual suspects| and there is a lot of glownigger involvement behind the surface. Their teachings contain a lot of truth but ultimately they deny the immanence of God, thereby leading people into spiritual passivity or indifference.

By the way William Blake would NOT approve of this.
