Is there any discipline that specializes in both archeology and horror? I would love to have a job that combines both
>>18493620I don't mean this as an insult I ask it out of morbid curiosity but what mental illness do you have?
>>18493620>specializes in both archeology and horrormesoamerican archaeology?
>>18493678No offense taken but why do you think I have a mental illness?
>>18493620you probably have shit normie surface level taste in horror like one of those fake goth girls
>>18493620You're vegan too, right?
>>18493620archaeomythology
>>18493620No. You can try to become a historian who focuses on folklore, witch & other forms of religious persecution and/or corporal punishments and executions. But good luck with that as those topics are already part of wider fields of study - there just is little to no need for a guy who exclusively focuses on those topics.
>>18493620by definition no. one is a science that deals with facts and the other makes up stories. of course you can just dabble in archaeology and then make up scary stories about what those facts "imply". historians do it all the time, though not necessarily scary stories. I guess if you want to make sure you get to dig out humans bones and not pottery like most archeologists, forensic anthropology or forensic archaeology would be something to look into.
