Is it possible to be an Anglican without having heretical views in the eyes of the Catholic Church just like the Eastern Orthodox who are just in schism without heresy?

Avoid cigarettes and alcohol for starters.

Do whatever you want no one gives a flying fuck. Heretical is not used in any serious theological discussion.

No, it's not. Catholics recognize Orthodox as valid but not Anglican. Orthodox, in turn, do not recognize either of them.

Anglicans have very similar views to the Catholic Church. Both are trans+ now I hear.

I guess technically yeah, there are some high Church Anglo-Catholics out there that are basically just Catholics without a Pope, but they are a small minority. Most Anglicans hold differing Protestant viewpoints. Also their sacraments (except baptism and marriage of course) would still be invalid

Why should a Christian man care what is or is not heretical in the eyes of polytheists?

When did Catholics stop calling Orthodox heretics? For a long while they viewed Orthodox the same as they viewed Protestants, which is why there was more ecumenism between Protestants and Orthodox than between Orthodox and Catholics in the 19th century.
