No, the world is still condemned and God will pour His wrath upon it. Those who are justified by the blood of Jesus Christ will be spared from that wrath. Those who are justified by something else won't. (Rom 5:8-9)

The reason why is because Jesus Christ atoned for the sins of the world on the cross, but that was Jesus, that wasn't you. If you want your sins atoned for, you have to be in Jesus Christ. Once you are IN Christ, you are no longer under the wrath of God.

We sin because we are "in Adam," (Rom. 5:19); we die because we are "in Adam" (1 Cor. 15:22; Rom. 5:17). But when a man receives Christ as his Saviour, he is no longer "in Adam"; he is then "in Christ" (1 Cor. 12:13, 27; Eph. 5:30).
Moreover, Christ is in you (Col. 1:27) in the person of the Holy Ghost (Rom. 8:9-16). When God looks at a saved man, He does not see a sinner in Adam's image, but His own Son who is "the image of God" Himself (2 Cor. 4:4; Heb. 1:3).
The question naturally arises, "What about the fact that we are still in a sinful body?" That is the purpose behind spiritual circumcision: to divide the old Adamic nature in the flesh from the new man in Christ Jesus (Col. 2:11-13, 3:10). The added bonus is that someday God will change that sinful body and adopt it into His family too (Phil. 3:21; 1 Cor. 15:50- 54; Rom. 8:23-29).

The gift of salvation can't be earned, it's a gift: Eph. 2:8-9: “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.”

Rom. 10:9: “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” Confess The Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in prayer, that you trust in Him, not your own works. He atoned for your sins on the cross.
