I hear people say God's wrath has stopped thanks to the crucifixtion, but here in revelation is post-crucifixion Jesus warning of his wrath towards sinners.

Those who are justified by something else won't. (Rom 5:8-9)The reason why is because Jesus Christ atoned for the sins of the world on the cross, but that was Jesus, that wasn't you. If you want your sins atoned for, you have to be in Jesus Christ. Once you are IN Christ, you are no longer under the wrath of God.We sin because we are "in Adam," (Rom. 5:19); we die because we are "in Adam" (1 Cor. 15:22; Rom. 5:17). But when a man receives Christ as his Saviour, he is no longer "in Adam"; he is then "in Christ" (1 Cor. 12:13, 27; Eph. 5:30).Moreover, Christ is in you (Col. 1:27) in the person of the Holy Ghost (Rom. 8:9-16).
