56% of the global population, or 4.5 billion people, worship this jealous, genocidal, bronze age jewish desert storm god...

Do you?
>>
...is that his weiner?
>>
>>18498619
That is Yahweh's weiner, as depicted by his believers.
The writing on the pot explains that it depicts the God "Yahweh of Samaria and his Asherah".
It was found in Sinai and dates to 800BCE. At this time the Jews still recognised other Gods (such as Asherah) as real but outlawed worship of them (henotheism), although some cults secretly still did so.
>>
OP here. While we're at it, I'd like to also talk about my god Ganesh in this thread.

>Making this same cope post for the 1000th time
I accept your concession.
>>
>>18498619
It's a tail most likely, you don't see genitalia depicted on any of the other figures so there's good evidence that depicting such things was never the intent of the original artist

People can't accept that life is meaningless they NEED their life is to be some kind of anime movie where they are the chosen ones that get to go to THE GREATEST PLACE while others burn in HELL aka the WORST PLACE do you see how fucking retarded this is??? Life is meaningless... Thank god now I can actually live. Without God all things are possible

That would be great if the writing on it didn't literally say it's Yahweh
>>
>>18498976
Lots of options there. It could be an item that invoked Yahweh that later had the Egyptian gods put on it. It could be something with the Egyptian gods on it that a Yahwist graffitied with the mark of his own deity. It could even be someone's strange idiosyncratic syncretism of Yahwism and the Egyptian pantheon.

But what is beyond dispute is that the iconography is that of Bes. Saying it's somehow what Yahweh canonically looked like, in addition to the obvious problem of that assuming there could somehow be some official declaration on that point (did the Yahwist Pope say so or something?), is rendered impossible by the fact that this is Bes.
>>
>>18498590
That's a depiction of the ancient Egyptian monkey God Bess, you can see his tail even.
Also, you jews have no God, you worship satan.
Your foul talmudic cult arose CENTURIES after Christianity.
Christianity was created by the Greeks in Alexandria and it has its roots in ancient Egyptian Atenism (the oldest form of Monothiesm), as proven by the hymm of Aten findings and the 42 Laws of Maat.
I don't get why you talmudist insist that your revolting race somehow invented Christianity, I get that you have a massive inferiority complex, but come on...
>>

It's a depiction of the ancient Egyptian monkey God Bee, it's his tail.
It was found in the Sinai.
>>
>>18498976
>didn't literally say it's Yahweh
It was likely added by the Zionists who claimed to have found it.
>>
No because I don't worship craftsmen who can't make anything worth a shit.
>>
>>18498982
>what is beyond dispute is that the iconography is that of Bes
It's clearly disputable because he's lanky unlike Bes, and because YHWH is written next to him. And just because Bes was the OG donut steel, that doesn't mean YHWH can't be a cheap knockoff with a few differences. We already know that Jews loved copypasting crap from other myths like the Sumerian flood, why not also plagiarize the drawing?

>It's clearly disputable
Disagree.
> He is lanky
It's not suppose to be a 100% accurate depiction.
>>
>>18499033
>It's clearly disputable because he's lanky
This is subjective and depends on style and how you interpret the drawing. In terms of clear iconography they're a perfect match, as the image shows.

>and because YHWH is written next to him
This would make much more sense as defacement (either by a Yahwist or a polytheist) or syncretism ("these popular male and female deities here/there are the god and goddess from back home"). What doesn't make sense is to say, based on a single artifact with little known about it, that Yahweh was pictured as looking the same as Bes by most Israelites. If anything this being the only thing to even hint at such a thing would speak against that.
>>
>>18499072
>by most Israelites.
There is next to evidence for the existence of ancient Israel.
>>
>>18498590
no but you're tempting me
>>
>>18499068
>It's not suppose to be a 100% accurate depiction.
Based on what?
>>18499072
>In terms of clear iconography they're a perfect match
They're not, the Egyptians depicted Bes as a stocky little dwarf, not as a lanky guy. At best it shows that YHWH's first depiction was a copycat of Bes by the Shasu.
>>
>>18499191
>They're not, the Egyptians depicted Bes as a stocky little dwarf, not as a lanky guy
How would you describe pic related?

>At best it shows that YHWH's first depiction
At absolute best it shows that someone associated this imagery with Yahweh. Saying that that is somehow what Yahweh canonically looked like would be a massive overreach based on one single depiction that never before or after do we ever seen associated with Yahweh.
>>
>>18499191
>not as a lanky guy
I don't see a lanky guy, though.
I am not the guy you are responding to, btw.
Your stance really weak.
> that YHWH's first depiction
I fail to see how this is suppose to be YHWH's first depiction, we have no evidence that the inscription wasnt added later either by the Zionist team who did the excavation or by someone else.
This is very shady, desu.
>>
>>18498986
OP btfo again haha
>>
>>18498590
This is Bes, rajeet
>>
On some level, yahweh worshippers realise that if their god has a known, human, origin, its over for them. Thats why they fight it so hard. It has to be unknown and mysterious or its no different from scientology.

Athiesm has got to be the most cancerous cult I have ever seen.
I am agnostic and even I acknowledge the supremacy of Christianity when it comes to creating a healthy society.
Athiesm is a jewish tumor that has to be removed.
>>
>>18499338
There has never been a single functional "Christian society" it was all just sandnigger ISIS tier garbage with constant shitflinging and Chriggers genociding and sacking each other all throughout Europe until secularism took hold.

Where are all the healthy non-white Christian societies anon?

This would be great if the inscription on there didn't literally say it's Yahweh. The inscription plainly states 𐤁𐤓𐤊𐤕 𐤀𐤕𐤊𐤌 𐤋𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 𐤔𐤌𐤓𐤍 𐤅𐤋𐤀𐤔𐤓𐤕𐤄 which translates as "I bless you by Yahweh our guardian and by his Asherah."
>Hurr durr it still looks like Bes
Ever heard of a thing called syncretism? Yahweh absorbed attributes of Baal and El, would it really be illogical to assume he absorbed attributes of Bes at some point?

Look at OP's image of the artifact. It's highly fragmentary and there are multiple figures on even just the small portion that we have.

>Ever heard of a thing called syncretism? Yahweh absorbed attributes of Baal and El, would it really be illogical to assume he absorbed attributes of Bes at some point?
That's pretty much been my point in this thread. It doesn't make sense to say this is what Yahweh "canonically" looked like. Unless you want to argue Yahweh is Bes
