How dramatically would British (and European) history have changed if Henry VIII had just settled for mid used goods?

I'm sure England will be set up for a religiously tinged succession crisis when she dies, as Elizabeth and Edward would've never been born. Maybe one when she tries to accede as well because first queen regnant.
There'd still be a Protestant social movement like practically everywhere else in Europe, though it might not be able to (re)take power without Henry VIII's sponsorship - still, 1558 isn't too late for countries to convert.

I think it was still the Stewarts, so, since Scotland became Proddie all on its own, I think it may have become Protestant after all, perhaps more Presbyteran

But probably a civil war would have happened (I mean, earlier than it did)
