Why did Yahweh (Allah) design something flawed like this?
>>
>>18504574
It serves some future purpose, and it served present purposes in allowing us to be. Part of the holistic value of a design is in the vulnerabilities it creates relative to other designs. Everything must change and adapt. We exist to keep things moving forward, but we are not the end.
>>
>>18504574
>flawed
It works fine though?
>uhhh but I should be entitled to my body being absolutely perfect with no potential issues at all o algo
>>
>>18504574
Its goid evidence for evolution, but this inefficiency doesnt actually harm the organism at all.
>>
>>18504574
Was it really necessary to make the giraffe that sexy?
>>
>>18504584
Why would God create an intentionally flawed body, especially if He intended for humanity to exist in an immortal prelapsarian state?
>>
>>18504688
>especially if He intended for humanity to exist in an immortal prelapsarian state?
He didnt
>>
>>18504574
he wanted to have a giggle
>>
>>18504574
Because he didn't. Nature gives the bare minimum for life to sustain itself.

? I don't get it. It just seems to follow different priorities; that is reducing nerve connections to the brain stem by having overlapping channels. And presuming there's something I'm missing and it's excessive, doesn't it still serve an auxillary purpose of making the nerve ending less subject to strain from neck movement, and isn't allowing more optimal macro layouts prefrable to minmaxing like the fish?
>>
>WHY ISN'T EVERYTHING A FLAT GLASS PANE THAT WILL NEVER EVER SUCCUMB TO ENTROPY I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY GOD WOULD DO THIS
-every atheist-tard begging the question
>>
>>18504798
>no you see children getting turbocancer is totally part of gods perfect design
>>
>>18504574
Richards Dawkins once killed a giraffe just so he could "prove" his blasphemic point. Atheists are evil.
>>
>>18504938
Atheists torture rats every single day. If you support science then you are on the side of ahriman.
>>

>>18504759
It's funny how Richard Dawkins-types claim to see the beauty in the simplicity and effectiveness of natural selection, yet they're also the first to pass judgement on nature's chosen creatures.
>>
>>18504884
Every natural evil is a call of the world for humanity to heal it. Every evil in ourselves—like ignoring our duty to perfect creation—is why there is still evil in the world.

>athiests be like:this clock over there, it does not have a creator, a rock magicaly created the gears and springs needed to make it work, the beautiful shell also turned from a rock over million of year on its own
>>
>>18504994
Clocks were made by humans veryfiably so, bacteria flagellar motor and mitochondria's rotating engines evolved from simpler complexes.
I don't get your point when no one thinks clocks are biological.
You're the one doing the assuming
>>

>atheists look at the silliness of a platypus
>noooooooo thats not how I would do it
Such pride and hubris.

Physiological reasons
https://answersingenesis.org/human-body/strategic-routing-rln/

Spiritual reasons
Matthew 15:18
But what comes out of the mouth proceeds from the heart, and this defiles a person.

Luke 6:45
The good person out of the good treasure of his heart produces good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure produces evil, for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.

Proverbs 4:23
Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.

Proverbs 18:21
Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits.

Your mouth is physically and spiritually tied to your heart.

Blah blah blah strawman strawman strawman
>>
>>18505285
Name one argument I strawmanned.
>>
>>18504969
You don't understand his arguments at all. Maybe re-read his books?
He's not passing judgements. He understand that natural selection is not a process controlled by a conscious designer and it takes thousands of years. That's why it leads to the ridiculous wasteful design that no intelligent designer would ever created.

>You don't understand his arguments at all. Maybe re-read his books?
Why do you redditors pretend Dawkins is a philosopher or that he's difficult to understand?
>He's not passing judgements. He understand that natural selection is not a process controlled by a conscious designer and it takes thousands of years.
lol
>"It takes too much time so God doesn't exist"
What a retarded argument. That's like saying the infinite, non-contingent being "perceives" time the way mortals do.
>That's why it leads to the ridiculous wasteful design that no intelligent designer would ever created.
Is-ought fallacy.
>>
>>18504798
I wish we lived in flatland, the flatlanders are based.
>>
This isn't inefficient. It's actually rather elegant and it comes about due to the order and way body parts are developed in the embryo. If there is a God, then this points to him being really very impressive, especially if he designed a system like evolution to bring it about.
>>
>>18506339
What do you find elegant about it?
>>
>>18504574
I don't find Intelligent Design compelling. The strongest case against it is in the way atheist mongoloids continuously point out "inefficiencies" or "redundancies" in the body, gloat about how easy it would've been for an actual intelligent designer (like a human engineer) to do a better job, only to be proven wrong time and time again. Sooner or later it turns out the quirks of biology result from incredibly complex tradeoffs for incredibly subtle gains, solving problems a top-down planning/design methodology is essentially blind to.

>It would have been impossible to make the recurrent laryngeal nerve start on the right side of the aorta.
Now that's low IQ.
