Found this but don’t remember saving it or what it depicts. Looks like some kind of ancient Near Eastern or Roman relief of three gods. Can anyone identify where this is from (location) and who they are?

It's called the Divine Triad of Palymra, it depicts 3 ancient semitic deities from the region (Roman Palmyra, or modern day Syria), which are the sun and moon gods (you can see a crescent moon behind the figure on the right) flanking the chief sky god Baal. They're dressed like Roman legionnaires for no explicable reason besides a fusion of the ancient local religion and modern Roman aesthetics.
