This is debatable since IRL the regime was remarkably stable until the last weeks of the war. About the only instability was half-assing Hitler's scorched earth policy destroying German towns and villages. Otherwise they continued to fight the war effort going as far as recruiting old men and boys into the volkssturm and obeying military orders even though they became increasingly absurd.Himmler and Goering both attempted to seize control but actually failed and found themselves criminals on the run. It of course fell to Karl Dönitz whose priority became rescuing the remaining army from a sordid fate at the hands of the Soviets, covering a retreat, which he orchestrated competently despite his naval background. It seems when relieved of his sycophancy he was an excellent commander.If by some miracle NSDAP managed to hold onto western Europe until they develop the atom bomb and the world entered a tripartite cold war it is likely the military as an institution would become the real power in Germany and when Hitler died it wouldn't tear itself apart over which figurehead gets to replace him. Rather like Khrushchev he would be a replaceable office not a monolithic cult of personality able to purge anyone he wished.
