Marx believed that the proletariat and the bourgeoisie had interests that were irreconcilably opposed to one another, and that the only way of resolving class conflict is through class war and the abolition of class society. Do you think this is true, or do you think the state could potentially act as a mediator above class that resolves or at least greatly diminishes class conflict?

No, the state is the enemy, if anything it increases class antagonism its always compromised by a ruling class which is either majority bourgeoisie or proletariat. The idea of an objective state which lacks these class elements is fantastical and idealistic.

Marx being a rich bitch that inherited wealth decided to scapegoat the middle class, rather than focus on the far more sensible idea that the rich were the ones creating income disparity and class discrimination.
Lenin and Trotsky were also from the privileged upper class, and after assuming power of Russia engaged in the absurd 5 year war and genocide against the middle class and lower class to achieve absolute power.

Marxism is a ridiculous fail ideology, because while it contains nuggets of truth and wisdom regarding the soulless commercialization of human beings though capitalism, it offers a bizarre alternative where the middle class are to blame, Christians are to be eradicated while jews and Muslims aren't, and ethnic and religious genocide is permissable for the purpose of chasing imaginary utopia that never materializes.

I get the whole “Jews are an ethnicity and not a religion” angle but I have no clue why Marxists give Muslims a pass for everything. You can’t even say it’s from a “America Bad” POV, Marxists support Pakistan which is an American ally

Congrats anon, you just reinvented Fascism.

These types only do this because they have a moralistic ‘under dog good therefore anyone else bad’ mindset and are afraid of attacking anyone that they perceive to be on the lower end of their own made up hierarchy.

Based on what you've read I'm telling you truly and unironically: read Kapital. Not some youtube video, not some other persons opinion on it. Read Kapital. What you have stated as the things that interest you are level 1 of his thought. You, personally, would immensely benefit from engaging with the rest of it

Where does he mention that? In "On The Jewish Question" he takes the opposite stance against Bauer, that religion isn't the primary cause of contradiction in society
