Most blacks were enslaved in the south, and in specific areas by powerful people. Once slavery ended all those blacks were pushed out and the only place they could go were white areas, often against the will of that community. This eventually created inner-city ghettos and favelas.As for Asians its because of their anti-civilizational ways. They were basically trying to stop what has happened in the west coast, australia and canada - which are totally overtaken by them today.
