Christianity, Islam, Baha'i, these are all examples of Noahide religions. They all trace their roots back to Judaism, to the Tanakh, to ethical monotheism. As Jews we have a duty to uphold and teach people about ethical monotheism. But we don't convert people to the religion, and we certainly don't seek them. Anybody is free to convert though! Absolutely! But if you don't want to you don't have to. We don't even believe in hell. I personally don't even think there is an afterlife at all except possibly for a resurrection of the righteous in the last day.
