Is there any way he could have won everything? Like had his Lebensraum, got away with the Holocaust, installed Nazi-friendly parties in UK and the US, created a real thousand year reich etc? I’m not a supporter of him btw I’m just curious.

There are plenty of choices Hitler could have made to improve his chances, that historians have been bickering over for decades:>Spend the 1930s building up the fleet of 300 new submarines that Dönitz said he needed, instead of the handful large prestige ships that he ended up building>Keep bombing RAF hangars and heavy industry in Britain in '40-41 instead of pivoting to the strategically ineffective Blitz>Keep Mussolini on a tighter leash to avoid getting entangled in Greece and North Africa so you can focus on hitting Russia hard>End the siege of Leningrad with decisive force instead of having an entire army surround the city for years on end>Go for Moscow and break the Soviet Union's administrative and logistics back in 1941/1942 instead of pivoting south into the endless plains>Engage in the political and economic side of total war much earlier, instead of waiting until after the defeat at StalingradEt cetera, et cetera, et cetera. That said, I think World War II was a typical modern nation-state war, in the same vein as the American Civil War, the Franco-Prussian War, World War I and the current Russo-Ukrainian War. Modern nation-state wars are ALWAYS decided entirely by total industrial throughput. Since the Germans could never hope to match both the US and the USSR industrially, they never stood a chance, so all of those decisions would likely only have prolonged and worsened the war.
