>>18536466>why historically speaking did Detroit go from 99% white to 50% black in a matter of two decades?It happened in less than 10 years and was the result of LBJ and Dems "Great Society" cradle-to-grave welfare boondoggle, that resulted in a wave of Blacks moving to the city and promptly going on welfare and when Coleman Young was elected mayor of Detroit in 1973, he lowered the residency requirement to receive welfare to just 6 months, resulting in a tidal wave of Blacks flooding the city and all the Whites fled for the suburbs.I'm 58 and saw it happen with my own eyes.
