The Greeks noted the pastoral Arcadians enjoyed freedom despite being poor shepherds. Their Indo-European ancestors also were herdsmen come conqverors, founders of vvestern civilization and many others across the old world. However the Greeks themselves craved Thalassocracy.

The ordinary Thalassocrat is a citizen working in one of many crafts, producing goods for trade, manufacturing ships, perhaps organizing and managing trade. Their merchants and leaders live in a much more stimulating and complex world than some feudal landlord. They are a continuation of the favstian spirit that once drove the hyperboreans across the land until they reached the sea, now this barrier too is cross.

They awe natives wherever they go. Greece itself loved the Phoenicians who, though not aryan, were a different class of brown manlet who had adopted the Chadlassocrat lifestyle and brought them their alphabet so Homer could inscribe oral history remaining from the Mycenaean era. Tales of adventures across the Mediterranean. The hero was no longer a conqueror swilling raw milk, but his glories no less, he was Hercules, he was Odysseus, and these adventurers travelled further and saw much more, not just the tribe over the river. It tested their wit as well as great strength, leadership and military mind. One must be Loki and Thor. Mars and Mercury.

The Greeks would follow suit, they handled the northern coast, Punics handled the south, brothers of the sail. Though completely lost to history Punics will be remembered by the sons of Aryas destined to rule this little planet. Indeed the heirs of Rome, Iberia, Britannia and Gaul, would soon sail the world like the Phoenicians and Greeks setting up colonies and obtaining undreamed of wealth, building modern civilization and dragging humanity out of the dirt.

Thalassocracy is the next ideal step after ousting the wicked rulers of "civilization".
