Egypt and inner syria could have had a chance of being retaken too if they were successful in battles. But long term success would depend on if any schizo turko-mongol types like timur arose and conquered Persia and began invading anatolia and the crusader states. If islamic turko mongol invasions are largely defeated much of the middle east today would be a christian majority region with decent living standards and society. But if there are major military defeats the turko Mongols would conquer and genocide the populations brutally and set back civilizational progress.
