Always found it strange how communists can openly display symbols of their ideology. There's a retard who keeps putting stickers around my town urging people to join some communist party replete with the hammer & sickle. Imagine for a moment some Nazi did the same, slapping stickers around town replete with a swastika urging people to join a National Socialist party. There would immediately be an investigation, the person would be found and since this is Canada, charged not only with vandalism but some sort of hate crime. This double standard ignores that both Communism and Nazism are murderous totalitarian ideologies. Either it is OK to display such symbols (and I'm willing to allow this for free speech reasons) or it isn't. Allowing one while prosecuting those who display the other is blatant hypocrisy.
