When your God is so unlikable he has to blackmail everyone into loving him with threats of eternal torture
>your GodStop reading here. There is only God. Not 'your' God, or 'my' God. You can deny your Creator, believe that there can be a creation without a Creator, but that's your mental illness showing.
Strawman: Oversimplifying and misrepresenting the doctrines of salvation, justice and free will.Appeal to emotion: "Unlikeable", "blackmail", "eternal torture".Generalization: Basically saying all views of God are like this and this is the only way to view God.Assumption: Assuming religion is merely blackmail and threatening eternal torture is merely coercion.A totally fallacious and idiotic argument.
>threatening eternal torture is merely coercion.I agree with the rest of your post, but this part baffles me. Why would anyone threaten anyone else with torture if not to coerce them?
>>18579301>he thinks yahweh is THE ETERNAL and not just another fiction character developed by ancients, there are many such ETERNAL GODS you knowThere is no proof that THE ETERNAL is the same god as Yahweh the chud. Lol.
>>18579242Hell doesn't exist to blackmail humans, the Bible says it was created for Satan and his angels. Salvation is a free gift, if you don't want it, you can go to hell. Destroying the world was always the plan because God hates sin and will not permit it eternally. The reason why God hasn't completely destroyed the world yet is because it was His plan to give humans a way to be spared from the eternal punishment of their sins in the future. God hates sin and because humans are sinful He hates hates humans too, but the only way for God to love us is to make it so that we are part of Him. When you get saved you become part of the spiritual body (Ephesians 5:30) of Jesus Christ who is the image of God. That's the only way for us to be in the love of God (Romans 8:38-39).God didn't have to suffer for our sake, He could have just punished humans for being disgusting by sending them to hell, but because of His kindness and mercy He saved us (Titus 3:5), but we did not deserve it at all. That's not blackmail, that's an act of kindness. We don't know the whole truth and we don't have all the information, but we know that God is right and everything He does is just, because all goodness is from Him in the first place. To deny what God wants for you out of stubbornness, because you think it's unfair that you had to be born into this horrible evil world is stupid, because how can you blame God for sending you to hell if you yourself denied being saved from hell with your own free will? The gift of salvation can't be earned, it's a gift: Eph. 2:8-9: “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” Rom. 10:9: “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” Confess The Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in prayer.www.youtube.com/watch?v=_VRT2FFXntchttps://truthischrist.com/seven/
>>18579301If monotheism is the truth, and God intended for me to learn that truth through the application of intelligence to my observations of his creation, then I'd have to ask why he created a universe in which the apparent rules of that universe are inconsistent with his true nature.Nowhere in all the universe are there any beings that exist in the singular, as a category unto themselves. There are many galaxies, and in each galaxy many stars, and around each star many planets. Likewise, life exists as many separate species, and each species contains many individuals, and each individual is made of many cells. From this, one can extrapolate that if there is a thing called a "god," there would be a multiplicity of gods, not a single monotheist God.
>>18579301You do not worship the god of gods/unmoved mover as Zeus is the Logos, not Jesus. The Logos is a Stoic concept which predates Christianity and the Stoics specifically identified it not with some 1st century Judean preacher, but with Zeus. Zeus is the demiurge described in Plato’s Timaeus (I.E. the creator of the universe), not Yahweh. Even Socrates, who criticized traditional mythology for its anthropomorphic depiction of gods, still believed in the existence, divinity, and absolute supremacy of Zeus. Gemistos Plethon, the most intelligent man in the entire Middle Ages and arguably the first neopagan also correctly identified the Neoplatonist One with Zeus like Proclus and other philosophers of late antiquity did before him.Zeus is neither a false god nor a demon nor a fallen angel. He has nothing to do with Satan because neither Satan nor hell exist.
