Now that the dust has settled (and the theology has dried) which specific patriarch of antioch has apostolic succession?
I don't suppose it has to be limited to any one of them, validly ordained clergy can secede or defect
Chalcedonian patriarch of Antioch post 500s would have been the rightful one, although the miaphysite bishops also had valid apostolic succession they did not have valid jurisdiction. Antioch Greek patriarchate was neutral in 1054 so they remained valid. Then after crusades the Latin patriarchate continued the line. Until the cerularian pro schism orthodox patriarchs gained power who had no jurisdiction within the church. Then the city of Antioch was destroyed by mamluks for good so the valid see doesn’t exist anymore, it’s now a prestigious title kept by various ethnic churches.
>>18580305the greek chalcedonian (eastern orthodox) lineage, the non-chalcedonians invented their patriarch cause they didn't like the chalcedonian one and the Pope invented his own when the greek chalcedonian one refused to submit to Rome
