Is this really a hijab? it doesn't seem to resemble what Muslim women wear today at all. Also most Muslim women in the UK at least in places like Tower Hamlets and bradford wear the FULL black niqab with just the eyes showing. What Pakistani women wear in the current day doesn't look anything like this.

No. It's a head scarf. It could become a hijab if the style became fashionable. Because head scarfs and veils are pure Muslim fashion items, which is why the Saudi and the Pashtun tribal style could come to dominate among people who used to have their own types.

They're covering their hair because God commands it. What do you call this?

it's called a wimple and only married women wore them, and even then it was particular to certain social classes (or at least more common thereamong)

Yes. Christians were once all servants of Allah but they got let astray by the Jews. Why do you think there was an alliance between the French and the Ottomans?
>>
>inbred gibbering
I suppose it was also ordinary for european medieval women to wear crowns?

Not only in the Christian era, but also in pagan Europe, European women wore veils that sometimes resembled burqa, and there is absolutely no problem with that. A woman should not show her body except to her husband, and that includes her hair

>Because head scarfs and veils are pure Muslim fashion items
Wrong

In fact, this is as old in Europe as Mycenaean Europe, and I wonder if Indo-European populations required their women to wear veils, which is plausible. But I agree with you, women should always dress modestly and not in a revealing way. Women don't know how to dress themselves.

Leftists will justify literally anything if it somehow owns the chuds. They will all convert to islam within our lifetimes believe it or not. Weird deformed self hating freaks.

Bonus
>In 166 BC, consulSulpicius Gallusdivorced his wife because she had left the house unveiled, thus allowing all to see, as he said, what only he should see. Unmarried girls normally did not veil their heads, but matrons did so to show their modesty and chastity, theirpudicitia.

This was also common throughout European history.

You know, I love women in veils who don't show anything. I find it so beautiful, so feminine, so modest... If I had a wife and she wore these veils, I would kiss her every day and it would be a pleasure to provide for the home knowing that my wife respects me and herself to the point of being as modest as possible. Beautiful! Today we see these disgusting and profane garments, and it's disgusting even to look at them. I would call that pagan, but a pagan woman from the ancient world was much more chaste and modest than 80% of the foids today. A woman can be as nice as possible, but if she does those poses with her butt in photos, she completely loses her value as a living being in my opinion.

A hijab is a type of female head covering.

The West also had a native tradition of female head coverings.

Not all female head coverings are hijabs.

opinions and habits of non-european people doesn't influence europe, european culture or european issues
full veil was never popular nor even common in europe outside of burial attire
>>
pretending a bunch of pakis in bradford are in any way representative of any european people with whom they have nothing in common is disingenuous
>>
>>18589324
Nice try, feminist worm. I'm European and you're objectively wrong; veils were extremely common since Bronze Age, as seen in garments associated with the Tumulus and Unetic cultures, for example. Celtic (la tene, Hallstatt) and Germanic women's clothing also included
veils, not to mention Greece and Rome.

Why are you being cynical? It's well known that the use of veils was extremely common in Europe. The photo in question was never restricted to funeral celebrations. The Veiled Woman of Ancient Greece demonstrates that Hellenic women wore a face-covering veil with eyeholes see>>18589107
