As a Pole I'm struggling with intrusive thoughts about Nazi claims regarding Slavic people. I keep getting caught on the fear of, "What if they were right?" I find myself dwelling on the way Nazis dismissed Slavic biology, history, art, and culture as inferior in order to justify conquest, slavery, and destruction. How can I cope with these intrusive thoughts without getting trapped in them? Is there any refutation for these claims?
