>be Japanese leftist in the 1910s>get executed>be Japanese leftist in the 1920s>get executed>be the Japanese New Left in the 1960s>sink into irrelevance or failed terrorismWhy were leftists so successful elsewhere but not Japan?
that's a global pattern, people have just been sold a lie that far right ideologies like neoliberalism are totally leftist, so their dominance must mean leftism totally wonnered and simping for billionaires is now "counterculture"
Japs are extremely autisitc and conformist. I couldn't care less about communists dying, but they are literally mindraped bugs, who never step out of line.
>>18603278zengakuren? sanrizuka?
>>18603266Socialism being smuggled into Japan by Christian missionaries is so funny. Another Based and Christpilled moment
>>18603277>simping for billionairesLiterally nobody does this. Chuds constantly shit on Elon for not funding chud stuff with his money instead of impotently whining on X.And obsessing over Epstein was a chud trait before leftists stole it and appropriated it.
>>18603295you can't "steal" a conspiracy being confirmed in various ways. people all along the political spectrum condemn pimping out little girls; it's far from a chud trait.
>>18603277"Neoliberalism" is actually just raegonomics and thatcherism, it doesn't mean what 90% of the people who use the term thinks it means, it has nothing to with "woke capitalism" or whatever
>>18603295A lot of retards still shill Musk. Including the entire subcontinent of India.
>>18603277Billionaires support mass immigration. The #1 agenda on leftist camps today is mass immigration. Billionaires support the left.
>>18603278>they are literally mindraped bugs, who never step out of line.A guy just shot the ex-PM few years back.
>>18603406rip shinzo-samahe was the one neo-liberal i actually respected
>>18603266>Why were leftists so successful elsewhere but not Japan?Leftism basically was never successful in imperialist countries, because the people supported imperialism and colonialism. Japan was a colonial empire. That simple. That's why the only socialist projects happened mainly in third-world countries. Russia is an exception since it was an imperial power but none of the imperialism trickled down to the lower classes so the people rebelled. That's why today all imperial capitalist powers have some form of welfarism to placate the people.
General MacArthur implemented a very farsighted and successful land reform policy during the American occupation. Militant leftist movements in the 20th century relied heavily on a disaffected class of indebted renter peasants for their rank and file manpower. Countries where liberals or right wingers beat the left to the punch with land reform invariably succeeded at deflating the left by robbing it of its rural support.
>>18603423Why did he force Japan to become a colonial empire then?
>>18603457very good takeit's curious how leftism has always been led by peasantry whenever its succeeded, despite that being the literal opposite of what marx wroteindustrialization merely gave these societies the appropriate leaders to lead these peoples, the actual "proletariat" (industrial factory workers) have never cared about revolution in any society, as they've always been relatively well off, or at least well off enough that they didn't see the appeal of overthrowing the entire systemin fairness to marx at the time it must have felt like the peasantry had just been dormant fools for centuries, having offered little to no resistance to their poor living standards, nor even the enclosures that drove them out of their preferred lifestyles
>>18603266From what I know a lot of Japanese politics during the 1920s was pretty factional, but all parties essentially had legitimacy based off allegiance to the emperor. An example would be the Black Dragon society, that had connections to the Galon Fascists from Burma and extensively funded them. So it meant the more lefties you suppress and execute, the more legitimate you seem to become the political wing of the emperor. They were a secret society so it's a bit more obscure so I'll link paper here if any anon is interested in reading more about their funding operations in Burma:https://ousar.lib.okayama-u.ac.jp/en/56513(pic is their emblem I think, I could be wrong but again they were a secret society so it's the closest I could find)
>>18603474How is this a "good take"? Didn't this happen like 2 decades later?
WOW it is almost as if Japan is a Cia puppet state so thoroughly domesticated it now features zogtranny in charge barking louder than its owner wants it to, all on its own. Too bad the clowns in the PRC in all likelihood will let infighting get in the way of a rare chance to overthrow the unitedstatian vassals on the cheap.
>>18603535The Empire suppressed it during their existence. Both the Tsardom and the Republic of China also tried to, though obviously they failed.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peace_Preservation_Law
>>18603575No exactly, but some guy brought up MacArthur when we're talking about Japanese politics in the 1920s-30s. They're literally tiptoeing around it for whatever reason.
>>18603266The commie fears the samurai.
>>18604335The OP mentions the 1910s through the 1960s. Where did you get the idea the thread was exclusively about the 1920-1930s?
Japanese people are actually socialist in the sense they want to have a good and healthy communityThey want their streets safe, clean, they want people to get fair wages, etc.The fact they are way into themselves and dont communicate much often with people on the outside is another fact, it has more to do with the post war hardships and americans pressuring them to care about work and work alone
now when you say leftists in 1920 and 1930 I suppose you are saying people with liberal ideals aka proto hippies, anarchists, humanists, etc.All healthy societies without freemasonic infiltration hated those people
>>18603457>General MacArthur implemented a very farsighted and successful land reform policy during the American occupation ... Countries where liberals or right wingers beat the left to the punch with land reform invariably succeeded at deflating the left by robbing it of its rural support.Bingo. That's true. I was reading a biography of MacArthur that described what he was doing as like what went on in Republican Spain, such that some of his conservative supporters were alarmed. Pretty funny but it did take the wind out of the Japanese communists.
Reminded me of talking to a German woman a few months ago (she lives here in Texas) and she was going on a tear about American healthcare being messed up, and she was on a "we don't do that in Germany" sort of thing, but she was correct and made the point that the ironic thing is that it was America which wrote their constitution after the war.
>>18604690>America which wrote their constitution after the war.It was a collaboration of German social democrats and jews like Rudolf Katz.
