He also advocated for Europeans to colonize the sparcely inhabited parts of Africa and spread Christianity.It's an interesting reads, most of it's ideas were dead ends that never caught on. Kalergi himself seems to have thought so, since later he was just a basic Christian Democrat who advocated for European federalism, not really different from people like Adenauer.
