>life is suffering, the only way for liberation is to get rid of suffering

Okay, genius. Tell me how do you exactly "get rid of suffering"? Imagine you're put into a medieval torture machine. Imagine you're being physically tortured by that yellow villain from Sin City while he laughs at your misery. You say you should get liberation, well no shit. How exactly do you achieve that? Even the most well trained Buddhist monk would scream like a bitch in the right situation.

Just focus on the breathing, just focus really really, like REALLY hard and maybe you will get it. What a load of stinking bullcrap.

I would answer your question, but you seem to be having a schizo meltdown and talking to you would cause me undue suffering. I am closing this thread as soon as I make this post, and I will not give you the answer you seek. Ohhhhmmmm.
