And Mark describes the Kingdom of Heaven as a literal resurrection of dead people. Gods worthy followers will gain new spiritual bodies and live on Earth.

The punishment for not following the rules is simply not getting resurrected. Your BODY will get eaten by worms and burn in Gehenna where the fire doesn't go out. Not your soul. As per Isaiah 66:24 which Jesus quoted.

Also in the end its God who judges whether you are worthy or not and according to mark the ones with the least baggage will have an easier time to enter God's Kingdom.

Imo Jesus saying to the rich man that he would have treasure in heaven (Mark 10:21) most naturally suggests that the rich man himself would be in heaven at some point, and the odd saying in Mark 3:27 in reference to Jesus' exorcisms, "But no one can enter a strong man’s house and plunder his property without first tying up the strong man; then indeed the house can be plundered." is most suggestive of the harrowing of hades, where souls are taken away from what is currently Satan's domain (earth and hades) to somewhere else that isn't earth or hades. Especially if you admit resurrection into new spiritual bodies instead of the same material bodies, the resurrected dwelling in heaven instead of on earth seems more fitting.
