Anon, all those different countries had different shit going on throughout that time, you can't just put European timelines (fall of rome to early modernity) on an entirely different continent and expect a coherent answer.

You're either gonna end up with a Bamar-dominated democratic government, or a Bamar-dominated Fascist government, there's really no-inbetween. Also I will say, your question sounds like a way of finding ground between Islam and Theravada Buddhism? The Tatmadaw commited the rohingya genocide, Burma itself had Fascist regimes spanning the 1930s that were anti-Muslim, anti-British and racial supremacist, so I doubt this is happening anytime soon, but I appreciate the effort.
