>>18649603>USA - 21th centuryPablo, please. USA is a brazilian country and it wont survive this century.Much less be the dominant power in this century.
>>18649550>Timurid Empire - 15th centuryyeah sure europeans cross the oceans and start the age of discovery but a bunch of savages in asia is what's really important

>>18649606India was the very first country to get Jeeted ironically. Letting the hordes of 15th century peasants into the Colonial cities was a huge mistake the upper castes made.
>>18649603Timur was going to btfo Ming China
>>18650675Yup. Timur is that kino
>>18650675>yeah sure europeans cross the oceansThat happened at the end of 15th century, and Norsemen already did that centuries before.
>>18649550The United States is still by far the dominant civilization. Even with a president that is currently fucking up US soft power, its influence is still unmatched by China
>>18650696>900 - 1000: Khmer Empirebaghdad or cordoba had more population than this meme empire with half a million people living in it
>>18650675Timur and his op cav could have easily crush these colonial states combinedWe're talking about a power that the Ottomans of all people were absolutely terrified
>>18649603>USA - 21th century
>>18650647>>18651429The US is still the dominant nation by far. The only country capable of projecting military power across the entire world, in formal alliance with half the world, soft power still dominant across the world as American culture still spreads like wildfire, and economically tied to the rest of the world (the US goes down, everyone goes down). China is rivaling the US economically but that's pretty much it.
>>18651557>soft power still dominant across the world as American culture still spreads like wildfireAmerican entertainment has been in steady decline since the gamergate era. Japan has overtaken it in soft power for sure.
>>18651676Japanese entertainment only overtakes in video games. Japanese film and music still isn't anywhere near as wide spread as American film and music. Even Koreans have the Japanese beat in those areas.
>>18651687>Even Koreans have the Japanese beat in those areas.Due to global shit taste

>>1864955015th - Ottomans16th - Spain17th - France18th - Qing19th - Britain20th - USNo point making predictions for the next 80 years. Currently it is still America, China remains under its view, its growth based on being an economic partner instead of an attempted alternative ala USSR. People forget that for all that China has achieved, its people still make less money than Russians.
>>18652144>18th>QingLMAO
>>18652138Qing did steamroll in that century, it’s the main reason China is its size today. Europeans were highly competitive in the 18th to put any of them as a single great power above all.
>>18649603>>18651557>>18651687Cope harder muttoid.
>>18652144>People forget that for all that China has achieved, its people still make less money than Russians.Russian economy stats are faked. They've lost millions in Ukraine and are sanctioned to hell, but by faking their GDP numbers and reporting population losses it looks like their GDP pc is going up lmao.
>>18652848I disagree with that, while some numbers are definitely fudged Russia is still a developed economy (albeit lackluster in everything except heavy industry) that has been fully industrialized since the 50s. Additionally, war economies run hot and often compensate in the short term for other losses, crashing really hard only afterwards. China is a relative latecomer and still has some areas so underdeveloped it makes Eastern European backwaters look better.
>>18650675Asian savages were there first, lol. Imagine thinking that the people who could conquer continents weren't colonizing a land that was "accidentally" discovered by an Italian merchant. Or wait he's Galacian now. The official history can't decide how to lie in the face of people looking outside the school systems and Ken Burns documentaries.
