Last night I accepted Jesus into my heart as my personal Lord and Savior. I actually felt the presence of the Holy Spirit which I never thought I could ever experience! I mean people talk about being empowered with the Holy Spirit but to actually experience it yourself is amazing and beyond words. I've never had a basically out of body experience like that nor have I ever literally encountered God like I did last night. I never thought I'd ever encounter God until I died or something! Praise the Lord! I am redeemed! I naively used to think salvation was about doing good deeds until I discovered that I all I needed was true faith. Looking forward to praise and worship in a few hours! Any anons on here have direct experience with God?
I’m glad you found happiness anon
>>18650830Thanks anon! I'm still just studying the Bible (I've been going to a Bible-study group every Wednesday night for the last few months). My pastor told me I can get baptized too within the next year once I become an official member of the congregation.
>>18650824Kill yourself christard. No one cares.
>>18650840I'm sorry you're such an angry person but Jesus Christ can transform your life as he has done for mine. I found a community which actually accepts me for who I am without judgement. Their love and their experiences, and now my experience, has convinced me about the grace and redemption of God my savior. I will pray for you.
I'm happy for you, anon.Remember, not everyone has, and people will disappoint you, but try to stay steadfast.
>>18650844Like I said, no one cares. Kill yourself.

faggot lol
That's great fren.I could never feel like this.My story with christianity is growing up raised a christian but treated awfully by my parents, which entirely suppressed my entire social development and personality. Then joining a church bible reading group at 11 and hearing all about how special they are and how enlightened we are for knowing god vs people who don't, and we're nothing like the normies basically. Then being bullied there for being a weird shy kid, including by some adults who just thought I was weird and didn't like me.Then praying during the hardest times in my life and just nothing changing.
>>18650885Religion and organized religion are unfortunately different, especially when you leave the monks and monasteries.Jesus spent half of the bible riling against the kind of things you described.

Jesus Christ is The Lord God in the flesh. He came to Earth in human form, willingly died on the cross as a sinless sacrifice for all the sins of the whole world to save you from eternal hell, the punishment for your sins. He was buried, then rose again from the dead. He now offers complete and permanent spiritual cleansing and eternal life to anyone who trusts Him enough to ask Him for it, instead of trusting their own works to be saved. Trust that the work He did is sufficient to pay for you sins, and call upon Him as your Saviour, knowing that you are a sinner, and that without the blood atonement He made, you would go to hell. You might not know what to say, but if you understand that you need Jesus Christ, call upon Him. God will keep His word and save you. God will give you everything that you need to accept salvation as a free gift, as long as you really want it. God is a trinity (1 John 5:7), and no one can come unto God the Father, but by Jesus (John 14:6).Rom. 10:9: “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”Romans 10:13: “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”The gift of salvation can't be earned, it's a gift: Eph. 2:8-9: “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” Salvation is by grace through faith (Eph. 2:8-9, given by God, Romans 10:8, 17) only in the one, final, effectual sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ (Heb. 10:8-12) dying in your place (1 Cor. 15:3-4) as a substitutionary offering for sin (Rom. 5:1-10). His blood atonement made for you is finished (Rom. 3:23-25), so if you have received the Lord Jesus by faith (John 1:12) in your heart, you're forgiven of all your sins and are saved, once for all; finally and forever! >>18651453James was not writing New Testament doctrine for the Body of Christ. He was writing to "the twelve tribes" of Israel (James 1:1) in the Tribulation (Rev. 12:17).The difference between salvation and damnation in this age is the difference between a heart attitude which will accept Romans 3 and Romans 10 before it will try to figure out Matthew 16, Acts 2, and Hebrews 10, and a heart that uses Matthew, Acts, and Hebrews to justify itself! (Cf. 1Cor 3:19,20: 1:23.) Abram, before the law, is in a grace. situation, and although nothing happens to him when he gets saved (no spiritual circumcision, no indwelling Christ, no new birth, and no severance of soul from body), he is saved by believing, without working (Rom 10:9,10). All attempts to make "belief" a "work" or to run to Matthew, Acts, James, and Hebrews in order to put a price tag on the Gift of God (Eph 2:8,9) are called "wresting the scriptures" by Simon Peter. If anyone on earth should heed Simon Peter's warning (2Pet 3:16), it should be the very people who profess to accept his authority over Paul's! But they don't. They accept the authority of a deluded Italian prince over Peter or Paul. All deluded Italian princes believe that James 2:21,24, and 26 are references to the salvation of the New Testament Christian. They don't have the understanding to divide the word of truth as is commanded of them, because they are more willingly to accept a lie.
>>18651482>All attempts to make "belief" a "work" are called "wresting the scriptures" by Simon PeterGreat, so salvation is universal and we can all safely ignore Christianity entirely, secure in the knowledge that no one is going to hell.
>>18651482Notice how you have to cite the guy who invented your false salvation mechanism, Paul? The early Jerusalem Church was in conflict with this Greek wannabe Pharisee over issues like these.>bro you can just break divine laws because I saw a demon on the road to Damascus telling me it's okay now"17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18 For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. 19 Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven." - Matthew 5
Were you forcibly made to become Jesus' groom?I cannot embrace any entity because then I will have people harassing me about becoming a wife which I find insulting and tarnishing of the spirit.Like wanting to mix living and unliving. Killing the spirit and such.
>>18651496In Acts 15:7-11, James, all the apostles and elders, Paul and Barnabas are present when Peter agrees and is proclaiming salvation is only by grace trough faith, and that there's no salvation by law, or works involved to keep your salvation. Everyone there is in agreement. In acts there is transition of going from Jews to gentiles.Paul didn't preach the same gospel because it was revealed to him specifically by Jesus Christ1 Timothy 1:11“According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.” Pauls primary ministry was to the Gentiles, he is called by God to the Gentiles first (Acts 9:15, 22:21, 26:17) and the ministry of Jesus and His Twelve, were apostles to the Jews.Matthew 10:5-6 "These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not: But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel."Romans 15:8“Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers:”John 10:16“And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.”The ministry of Jesus Christ while He was here on earth. In Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, the ministry of Jesus Christ was primarily to the Jews. He "was a minister of the circumcision". That's why when you're in the Gospels, most of the material is doctrinally applicable to the Jews. Outside of the atonement, the main purpose of Christ's earthly ministry was "to confirm the promises made unto the fathers." That is a reference to the promises made to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Jacob's twelve sons; but there is a broader application to all the Messianic promises of the Old Testament. The first advent of Christ was God's verification of the Old Testament (Deut. 18:15-22).
>>18651598>Everyone there is in agreement.Nope, first off Acts is Paulian apologia, the entire thing is praising Paul for how wonderful he is but that's okay we can still see that you're just wrong.>19 “It is my judgment, therefore, that we should not make it difficult for the Gentiles who are turning to God. 20 Instead we should write to them, telling them to abstain from food polluted by idols, from sexual immorality, from the meat of strangled animals and from blood. 21 For the law of Moses has been preached in every city from the earliest times and is read in the synagogues on every Sabbath.”Here they say that gentiles should avoid food sacrificed to idols the same extent as one avoids sexual immorality but when we look at Paul's own words...>7 But not everyone possesses this knowledge. Some people are still so accustomed to idols that when they eat sacrificial food they think of it as having been sacrificed to a god, and since their conscience is weak, it is defiled. 8 But food does not bring us near to God; we are no worse if we do not eat, and no better if we do.He plainly states that you can eat food sacrificed to idols with a minor exception. Therefore they absolutely did not even agree here in this embellished account of history. He even teaches Jews to break the law with his ideas regarding circumcision. Too bad his letters survived and we can read them.>Paul didn't preach the same gospel>the ministry of Jesus Christ was primarily to the Jews. He "was a minister of the circumcision". That's why when you're in the Gospels, most of the material is doctrinally applicable to the Jews. Thanks for admitting that Jesus and Paul had different gospels on earth. You can cope as much as you want with the demon you think gave him the right to break away from the law. Jesus tells us what happens to people like these "I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness."
>>18651648Read 2 Peter 3: verses 15-16, Paul's writings are scripture. >food sacrificed to idols"Not every man knows there is only one, true God and that the rest of them are counterfeits and Satanic (vs. 7). And though the idol is nothing real, there are some people, even some Christians, whose conscience bothers them about the matter. They remember the old, pagan practise; they remember the "Hail Mary's" and to whom the meat was offered. When that happens, they pull back and won't eat because of a weak conscience. Paul summarized the problem in Romans 14:23, "And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin." The damnation there is not Hell, but a defiled conscience, as in 1 Corinthians 8:7. The fact of the matter is (vs. 8) that eating meat does nothing for your relationship with God, one way or another. It doesn't "recommend" you to God at all." https://archive.org/details/booksof12corinth0000ruck/>Jesus and Paul had different gospels on earthThis ‘Gospel of the kingdom’ (Mat 24:14) – Matthew defines it in a score of passages – Mat 3:2, 4:17-23, 8:12, 9:35, 10:7 etc. In every case, it is a literal, physical, visible, messianic, Davidic kingdom promised to the Son of David, who will reign on David’s throne at Jerusalem – Ezek 37:25. Right now everyone including Jews are saved the gentile way until "the fulness of the Gentiles be come in" where God switches from the Gentiles to Israel in the great tribulation (Romans 11:25).The Gospel that Jesus preached was not for you, it was for the Jews:Matthew 10:5-7 "These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not: But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand."
>>18651648Rom. 14:17 is a definitive verse on the Kingdom of God. It is not a physical kingdom made up of things you can put in your body. It is a spiritual kingdom made up of spiritual qualities found in the Holy Spirit. The Kingdom of Heaven deals with an earthly, physical kingdom, which is how Jesus Christ will take it in Revelation 19. The earthly, physical, Messianic, Davidic, Palestinian kingdom ruled over by Jesus Christ is not here right now, not even in its mystery form. As seen in Romans 13, the political kingdoms of earth belong to Satan.Romans 14:17“For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.”The Kingdom of God is an inner kingdom. It is a kingdom "in the Holy Ghost," and there is no Kingdom of God outside the Holy Spirit. It is a kingdom of inner righteousness, inner peace, and inner joy.If you don't have anything from God inside you, then you are not in God's kingdom. That should be a warning to everyone who thinks it will come from the outside. The gospel of Christ can be taken two ways. It can be the gospel about Christ, which is the gospel of 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 and Galatians 1:6-9. Or you can have the gospel which Christ preached, which is the gospel of the kingdom in Matthew 4 and 24. They are not the same, and the baptisms that accompany them are not for the same purpose.> Jesus tells us what happens to people like these The person that Jesus rejects in Matthew 7:22-23: "Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. He was trying to get to heaven by his own works, not by the righteousness that is of God.
>>18651721>The damnation there is not Hell, but a defiled conscience, as in 1 Corinthians 8:7While Israel was staying in Shittim, the men began to indulge in sexual immorality with Moabite women, who invited them to the sacrifices to their gods. The people ate the sacrificial meal and bowed down before these gods. So Israel yoked themselves to the Baal of Peor. And the Lord’s anger burned against them. The Lord said to Moses, “Take all the leaders of these people, kill them and expose them in broad daylight before the Lord, so that the Lord’s fierce anger may turn away from Israel.”So Moses said to Israel’s judges, “Each of you must put to death those of your people who have yoked themselves to the Baal of Peor.”Then an Israelite man brought into the camp a Midianite woman right before the eyes of Moses and the whole assembly of Israel while they were weeping at the entrance to the tent of meeting. When Phinehas son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron, the priest, saw this, he left the assembly, took a spear in his hand and followed the Israelite into the tent. He drove the spear into both of them, right through the Israelite man and into the woman’s stomach. Then the plague against the Israelites was stopped; but those who died in the plague numbered 24,000.The Lord said to Moses, “Phinehas son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron, the priest, has turned my anger away from the Israelites. Since he was as zealous for my honor among them as I am, I did not put an end to them in my zeal. Therefore tell him I am making my covenant of peace with him. He and his descendants will have a covenant of a lasting priesthood, because he was zealous for the honor of his God and made atonement for the Israelites.”
>>18650824Yeah I'm so afraid of dying and going to hell. Really I am.
>>18651648Paul’s authority is biblically grounded in a divine calling from Jesus (Acts 9:15), appointed by Jesus (Gal. 1:1). He claimed to be an apostle (Rom. 1:1). His message was the same as the other apostles (Gal. 2:7-9). He had apostolic miracles consistent with Jesus giving authority to the apostles in Matthew 10 (2 Cor. 12:12). Peter recognized his apostolic authority and compared his writings with scriptures (2 Pet. 3:15-16). So, Paul definitely was called by the Lord Jesus to be an apostle to the Gentiles, and Christians are obligated to submit to his theological teaching. You can't just reject the parts of the Bible you don't agree with. It's the word of God.Under the Law (OT), salvation is by works and faith. His faith in what God has told him to do, his PERSONAL faith in his own works (Habbakuk 2:4). For example, God told Noah to build an ark. Noah believed if he did what God told him to do that God would save him. In Hebrews 11, every one in that chapter adds works to his faith.New Testament faith, though, is in Someone who does the work for you. It is not merely your faith. It is "the faith of God" (Rom. 3:3), the "faith of Jesus Christ" (Rom 3:22; Gal. 2:16), (Gal. 2:20) etc. It is the faith which God and His Son give to you so that you will believe the work which He did for you. Ephesians 2:8-9, "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Faith itself, the ability to believe on Jesus Christ for salvation, is a gift from God, not your own work.>>18651733Romans 10:4-5 “For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them.”Romans 7:6“But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.”
>>18651648Don't only take verses from the Bible that align with your feelings because you don't want to accept what the Bible really says. If the Bible is wrong, and salvation is about your works and your faith, then that means that the meaning of your life is all about yourself, and not God. Think about that. It means that your only purpose, and doing anything at all, is to make sure that you fight hard enough against the flesh every day and have enough faith in your works (Not because you love God, but out of necessity for yourself to not burn in hell), in order to HOPEFULLY at the judgement finally earn salvation in the end from hell as a reward or your deeds. That is because if you are not saved (in Christ), that means you have to be judged according to your works. But if you read the rest of the Bible, and not just the parts that you agree with, you will see that Jesus Christ is a Saviour, not just a reminder or an instructor of the law. You are saved in this age by grace through faith (Eph. 2:8-9) in the one, final, effectual sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ (Heb. 10:8-12) dying in your place as a substitutionary offering for sin (Rom. 5:1-10). If you have received the Lord Jesus by faith (John 1:12) in your heart, you a are saved, once for all; finally and forever. You can't pick and choose a gospel from the Bible and choose which one you go by. Any man in any dispensation is saved by doing what God tells him to do – John 5v24, Acts 16v30+31, Acts 8v37, Gen 15v1-6, Gen 6v14 etc. God tells men different things, on different occasions. The Lord Jesus Christ initially came only to Israel – Mat 15v24, but knowing all that would happen, He came to save Gentiles also – Luke 2v25-32.
>>18651745Whoever doesn't know the law of God can be easily lied to and misled about God.
>>18651775James 2:10 "For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all."Matthew 1:21“And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.”Are you a sinner? Yes? Then you need Jesus to save you. It's that simple. You're trying to earn your way to Heaven without Jesus, by following the law. If you're trying to earn salvation instead of being saved by Jesus, then He clearly hasn't saved you, has he?John 1:17“For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.”
>>18651781>For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.Complete nonsense. Someone who steals a load of bread is not now an Adulterer and a murderer and a blasphemer. The punishment for a thief is returning what was stolen and paying compensation. He is not as condemned as a blasphemer. He is not guilty of breaking the whole law.>Are you a sinner? Yes? Then you need Jesus to save you. God said the law is not hard to keep. Christians turn the law into a scary Boogeyman so they can then claim your only hope is Jesus because keeping the law is impossible to do. It's not. I sinned because I did not know God. The more I know God the less I sin and the easier it is to live a rigtheous life. God wouldn't bae pleased with Israel saying: Learn to do good, if it was impossible for them to do good.
>>18651800>keeping the law is impossible to do. It's not.Yet Jesus is the only One who kept the law, everyone else failed it at one point, making them a lawbreaker. The law isn't separate things, it's the law. If you break the law at any point, you've broken the law completely, and you're now guilty. As much as we may try to keep the law perfectly, because of the flesh we will never be able to do it. So the law drove us to faith for our righteousness, in Jesus the Messiah and a dependence upon Him and His righteousness to save us, for by grace we are saved (Eph. 2:5). So the law was never meant as an instrument of salvation but was used as God’s diagnostic to show our need for the Saviour. The New Testament teaches us that the law is replaced by Jesus Christ. The law was the instructor or teacher until the coming of the great Teacher. That Christ Himself takes the place of the law is evident from a number of scriptures. Moses, who was only a preparatory, servant teacher, foretold that God would raise up a prophet to replace him. “You must listen to Him,” said Moses (Deut. 18:18). On the mount of transfiguration the heavenly voice declared that Jesus was the One to supersede Moses - “Listen to Him” (Luke 9:35). In His Sermon on the Mount Jesus repeatedly affirms that He replaces Moses as the great Teacher – “You have heard that it was said to the people long ago [by Moses] …But I tell you… (Matt. 5:21) The law of Moses was a child trainer, custodian and guardian until the coming of Christ. Galatians 3:24 clearly implies that Jesus replaces the law. In Judaism whatever was contrary to the written code was sin. In the New Testament whatever is contrary to Jesus and his principles is sin (1 Cor. 6:13-15). In the New Testament, Christ and His gospel are the standard by which all behavior is measured. The timeless ethical principles in the law of Moses live on in Christ which is referred to at times in scripture as the law of Christ (1 Cor. 9:21; Gal. 6:2).
>>18651826Even the gospels proves you wrong as it says:Luke 1:5-7>In the time of Herod king of Judea there was a priest named Zechariah, who belonged to the priestly division of Abijah; his wife Elizabeth was also a descendant of Aaron. Both of them were righteous in the sight of God, observing all the Lord’s commands and decrees blamelessly. But they were childless because Elizabeth was not able to conceive, and they were both very old.Deuteronomy 30:11-14>Now what I am commanding you today is not too difficult for you or beyond your reach. It is not up in heaven, so that you have to ask, “Who will ascend into heaven to get it and proclaim it to us so we may obey it?” Nor is it beyond the sea, so that you have to ask, “Who will cross the sea to get it and proclaim it to us so we may obey it?” No, the word is very near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart so you may obey it
>>18651800What you are actually saying is "I think Jesus Christ is pretty good and all, but I think a person has to live it. And I may not be as good as some, but I'm better than most. I don't think God will have any problem with me."That is why people go to Hell. They can't imagine God sending a person like themselves to Hell because they wouldn't do that. So they are saying, "God, since I wouldn't do that and You would, then obviously I am better than you." No, you are just more tolerant of sin than the Lord is. That is evidence of your unholinessRomans 10:3“For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.”If Jesus Christ has completely fulfilled the righteousness of the Law (and He has, see Rom 10:4), then what God offers an unsaved man is the righteousness of a perfect man. Any excuse an unsaved man gives for passing up the only way to Heaven (John 14:6) is a proclamation to God that he can be better than Jesus Christ. "Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth." So a believer gets all the righteousness that was in the Law through Jesus Christ, because He kept the Law completely. But notice that the verse says, "Christ is THE END of the law." When Jesus Christ died on the cross and made the blood atonement for sin, that ended the time of the Old Testament when righteousness was attributed to a man according to how he kept the Law.In Rom 10:5 and 6, Paul contrasts "the righteousness which is of the law" and "the righteousness which is of faith." The righteousness of the Law, in the Old Testament, was given to a man who did those things written in the Law and lived by them. If he sinned, the proper sacrifices had to be made for him to keep his righteousness. That is the way Old Testament salvation worked because Jesus Christ had not yet come and fulfilled all of the Law and made a permanent sacrifice for sin.
>>18651840>Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.Psalm 119:160All your words are true; all your righteous laws are eternal.
>>18651838Ecclesiastes 7:20 "For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not."Psalm 14:3, “They have all turned aside; together they have become corrupt; there is no one who does good, not even one.”The Bible clearly teaches that all people have sinned – except Jesus (1 Peter 2:22). Romans 3:23 clearly condemns all under sin. But when it mentions people like Job, Noah, Zacharias, and Elizabeth as people who were “blameless” and “righteous,” it is not saying that they are not sinners. It is saying that they were godly people, who kept the commandments of God; and in that sense, they were righteous. But of course, we realize that no one can keep the commandments of God perfectly which is why all people are deserving of damnation (Eph. 2:3), and why we need a savior. If righteousness can come through the Law, then Christ died needlessly (Gal. 2:21).>>18651845Yes, and Jesus fulfilled it.
>>18651845>>18651860There isn't anything in the Bible that says that if you do bad things you won't be punished for it, you just cannot get saved by trying to keep the law the best you can. A Bible-believing Christian believes that you receive salvation not because of anything you have done, but because of what Jesus Christ did for you on the cross. If it was not yours to earn (Eph. 2:8- 9), then it is not yours to keep (Phil. 1:6). But that is by no means a license for a Christian to sin. The Lord will take vengeance on a Christian for his sin just the same as a lost person (Rom 3:5). He just won't send him to Hell.A sinning Christian can lose his fellowship (1 John 1:6-7), his testimony (1 Cor. 8:7-13; Gen. 19:14 cf. 2 Pet. 2:6-8), his service (1 Cor. 9:27), his rewards (2 John 8; 1 Cor. 3:15), his health (1 Cor. 11:29-30), and even his physical life (1 Cor. 11:30, 5:5); but never his salvation. The law is eternal, but that doesn't mean you can get saved by keeping it, because Jesus is the only One who has kept it. You can only be saved if you are in Christ.
>>18650824Good for you if this is genuine and coming from someone who is telling the truth that Jesus Christ’ blood is over your sins. I still don’t like people that go to faith for a while and then they go back to their worldly crowd. They check up on faith like a fire extinguisher. It isn’t their committed domain. I know everyone has faults but in this first life is where God is watching the most. Lastly, if only Roman Catholics would KJV Bible up and reform to faith and end ritualism. I still find that Protestants act in the middle between NT KJV sound doctrinal bible believing churches , and Roman Catholics, where they will still want to go on crusades. In fact, their closeness and likeness of their blueprint to the Roman Catholic Church makes them easy targets for the antichrist’s doctor evil schemes. I know that you can find ones in every group / church, but they were the ones most likely to get the covid shots , saying they wouldn’t, but did in covid-19. Including Catholics. Mainly government workers because they have to -to do their job.

Never lose your faith or be caused to doubt by anything the enemy throws at you, whether in the form of bad things happening, other people trying to get you doubt or random circumstance, or even if you fall back into sins. Hold on to that experience and feeling and remember it always.
>>18650840>>18650855>>18650859God bless you and have mercy on you. I hope you find the Lord and happiness one day anons.>>18650885I was raised similarly and grew up to be an athiest and was for a long time but found the Lord unexpectedly separately from my upbringing, despite everything. It was only when I disregarded what I thought I knew and sought Jesus himself specifically, in spite of all of my rational doubts, impulses, baggage from upbringing, understanding of him/God that I had learned and everything and genuinely wanted him to save me and was genuinely sorry for everything I had done that I found Him. I don't think it's something you can test out or performatively replicate and definitely not if you're doing it just because you've been told/taught to.
Today my studies of the KJV Word of God , Holy Book, was on why the High Priest paid only 30 silver to Judas to have him betray Jesus? This is what I found. According to Hosea, and other texts like Leviticus, 30 silvers is basically the amount a low quality slave is bought for. I’ll say it again this way. A high quality slave is for much more. But this is talking about a broken or even wounded or sick slave. So Jesus was bought with contempt. The Jews basically decided Jesus was worth at least some payment to be disposed of because Judas wanted blood money for his betrayal. But they did pay it with contempt for the price of a slave that would be bought that had been gored by an ox, or hurt. This was also the same price Hosea bought Gomer with out of slavery once she got old and nobody wanted her anymore. He paid exactly 15 shekels of silver, + a homer of barley and a half homer of barley. That would sum up to much more over 30 , to more like 15 + 75 + half of 75 = 127.5 shekels of silver if one homer of barley is 75 silver. So Jesus Christ was basically like Gomer, having traded places, going into slavery for us, and he was also the one like Hosea who bought himself out of slavery, except it is that he went into hell for us and bought us out of hell with the price paid by his own shedding of blood on the cross. If people say that God doesn’t exist, then they are also saying there is no point to love anyone else because that doesn’t exist either unless you just believe it. God does exist and he loves you even though you were condemned to burn in hell and he died for you on the cross for your sins. He can extend His love for you in a one way marriage basically , like Hosea was told to marry Gomer but she didn’t think it important at all to love her husband back. Who knows if she even accepted that she was his wife when God told him to take her as his wife. God said through this that that’s all that was required. But it still needs two way
All of the time, I see some people asked if they would accept Jesus Christ as their savior (share the gospel), and I see people react in anger “do not ask me that, I go to a church!” It is usually a Roman Catholic. But Jesus Christ said you should share your testimony with the brethren. For example, when I got saved at six years old, I immediately went up to everyone else I met asking if they were saved. How they got saved. It was everything to me as my savior was to me. Eventually the world drug me down and I quit doing that to everyone because even my own wife’s family, which is Roman Catholic, said to me “we are Roman Catholic!!!” As if it is meant that they are saved and DONT QUESTION ME. When I asked my great grandma however, she said “Yes I am. Saved in (the exact year she even remembered it by heart in 19something).” I loved her, and she passed away when I was 13 or so. This was back before internet and our city still had only mostly white people (because it’s mostly gone now). So you can see that it is supposed to be your moment to shine. Jesus was asking people all the time who do you think he is? So you can see he loved to ask others their opinion of his state of being. We should feel the same way as saved. Wanting to know (from people following us of course… don’t go to long nosed people with bags of money and ask if they think highly of you), from others what they think of us. And believing also, because Jesus often said “I and the Father are one.” Or “I go unto the Father.” Or “I came to do not my will but the will of my Father.” Or “I go to prepare a place for you, if it had not been so, I would have told you. In my Father’s house are many mansions.” But some people are angry and they do not like being asked if they had accepted Jesus as savior. They either running from it so they hope it doesn’t happen or they think the church is all that matters and being asked is grounds for never talking to that person again.
>>18650824That's Lordship salvation which is works based. You sound like a non-denominational. Since you reject the ultimate authority of the KJV Bible and salvation by faith alone (and not by works like baptism, repentance, making Jesus your Lord) you are going to burn in hell. Enjoy hell.
>>18653356Jesus IS Lord, what are you even saying KJVanon>Since you reject the ultimate authority of the KJV BibleJesus Christ is the ultimate authority, and salvation is through faith in HIM alone, not in a translationHow is 'making Jesus your Lord' 'works' but reading a book isn't? >>18653300>>18653341these are lovely posts anon, and have inspired me to tell more people about my own testimony. I had started to think that you weren't even supposed to share such experiences because it counted as some form of boasting on account of how some people, even priests, reacted to me so casually and brazenly trying to tell them it. Thank you anon. The Lord does say to shout the gospel from the rooftops, afterall.
>>18650824Last night I didnt accept Jesus as my lord and savior and I jerked off.The experience was amazing and beyond words. It was basically like an out of body experience.I never thought I would cum until last night.I naively used to think jerking off was about edging yourself until I discovered all I needed was to ejaculate. Looking forward to jerking off more in a few hours.Any anons on here have a direct experience with masterbation?
>>18653384Sure, they will try to kill you. My mother in law actually tried to kill me if they could have with sending me to prison. And all I was doing is loving them. Try not to get killed. Stay safe.
>>18653416>And all I was doing is loving themWe are the race of flesh, we are the race of lovers...
>>18653440She smiled and waved to me after a year of refusing to admit I even exist (we are also next door neighbors across the street my whole life to my childhood wife of faith who promised to marry me 33 years apart). Since I forgave her and just stayed safe I just kept faith that she still loves me. After all, I was six years old when I met her too so she remembers me. :)Lots of biblical examples of this…. Stephen was murdered and then forgave everyone, turning apostle Paul from Saul to a Christian. Joseph’s brothers meant it evil to sell him into Egyptian slavery… I wish for my wife’s family’s sudden betrayal to be used for good like Gomer!
An evil manipulator who I also know is my true love. Meaning she manipulated me twice 33 years apart with her promise to marry me and then when she revealed her trap was that my heart is willingly in her trap, she thought it immediately justified her sins of lying. But the Bible says no, God despises a lying tongue. So I forgave her. She confessed the name of Jesus Christ is her only Lord and Savior for her sins. So that means she also gave herself to Jesus, the author and finisher of her faith, and mine. Whoever she is with now, it’s completely given over spiritually to Jesus, and no longer in her control. She has a free will to sin but she already said the words “I’m going to marry you!!”, meaning Mark 11:24 kjv and Matthew 21:22 KJV says If God didn’t spare his own Son Jesus on the cross, then how much more will He give us all things freely by His Son. Her sisters also told me to pray and make myRequests known to God, and God’s Peace that passeth all understanding will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (she told me to just get peaceful and pray and it’ll happen).
>>18650824Your kind of experience is reported in every religious tradition. What the believer interprets as the Holy Spirit is, psychologically speaking, what happens when intense emotional energy, expectation, and cultural conditioning are directed toward a particular image of the divine. The psyche answers back. A Hindu devotee who spends hours in bhakti worship may feel the overwhelming presence of Krishna or hear the voice of Vishnu. A Sufi mystic may experience the nearness of Allah so vividly that it feels like being annihilated in divine love. Indigenous peoples in ritual settings, through drumming, fasting, dancing, and collective focus, report encounters with ancestor spirits, nature spirits, and gods. Ancient Greeks heard Athena in dreams; Norse worshippers felt the presence of Thor. Anthropologists and historians have documented this across virtually every culture without exception.Jung’s work is especially relevant here. He argued that the human psyche contains primordial patterns or images, such as the Divine Father, the Great Mother, the Wise Old Man, the Self, the Shadow, that are not invented by any one culture but are inherited structures of the collective unconscious. When a person directs intense psychic energy toward an archetypal image, that archetype can become constellated and autonomous. It may appear as a voice, a vision, a felt presence, or even an out-of-body-like experience. The experience is not necessarily fake; it can feel more real than ordinary life because it arises from deep layers of the psyche. But the specific form it takes is supplied by the person’s religious tradition. A Christian expects Jesus and feels the Holy Spirit. A Hindu expects Krishna and feels devotional ecstasy. A Buddhist meditator may encounter a wrathful deity or a blinding void. The underlying mechanism is the same; only the cultural vocabulary differs.
This is a serious problem for using such experiences as proof of one particular theology. If a Christian’s numinous encounter validates Christianity, then a Hindu’s equally powerful encounter with Vishnu would validate Hinduism, and a pagan’s vision of Athena would validate paganism. But these traditions make incompatible claims about reality. They cannot all be literally true in the way their believers interpret them. “I really encountered God,” is not a reliable guide to theological truth. In other words, anything you put psychic energy into will speak back to you. The unconscious has an uncanny ability to personify whatever the conscious mind fixates on with enough longing, fear, or devotion. That is why such experiences are so widespread and so convincing and why they cannot settle the question of which religion, if any, is true. All of Jung's work features this concept.
>>18653416>Try not to get killed. Stay safe.Thank you. You too, anon.
>>18653702>>18653704except that in the case of the way these encounters with Jesus and the Holy Spirit happen it directly correlates to the way it is phenomelogically described in the Bible itself in certain voices, such as God's stillness, the peace that surpasses understanding, being filled with light like rays of the sun, the small quiet voice of God etc. the Bible actually describes what these encounters are like alreadyalso there have been people, non-believers or members of other religions, that have encountered Jesus like this and known instinctually who He is and converted as a result; you almost never hear it the other way around as far as I know, where a convicted Christian has a miraculous encounter with some other deity or being and converts to a different religion; you especially don't hear the equivalent version to people who know nothing about Christianity at all but somehow know it's Jesus and then convert
>>18654770>where a convicted Christian has a miraculous encounter with some other deity or being and converts to a different religionsure you do, i've seen countless stories of this happening. christians converting to judaism or islam is pretty common (though i guess you could argue that's still the same god).

>>18654896In the Bible, the man with one eye represents a shepherd that is winking / he is partially not seeing you correctly. It refers to your right or your left side and whether one eye was white or black or closed also means different things. You can actually ask google Gemini or Microsoft copilot or w/e you use and ask it to answer what it means strictly from the kjv bible and ask it to leave out answers from astrology or psychics as those answers generally turn answers into vague answers. Your picture says Odin, and while Odin might have a portrait with one eye, that doesn’t necessarily means that’s who is behind your experiences.

>>18654929Out God is the same God of I AM THAT I AM.The God of the Old Testament and the God of the New Testament. Jesus Christ is Lord of Lords and God of gods and ruler of Heaven and Heaven of Heavens and Earth. His power is limitless and and his understanding is Infinite. He Created everything including you and your fleshly rebellion against him by letting you. The True Shepherd of Sheep. He gives us clean running water, and his sheep find pasture, and are given rest with still waters and green pastures. So you are calling all of these things a demon god.You look evil and we look good.Did you know you are already condemned to burning in the lake of fire hell for all eternity unless you accept God’s free pardon to believe in Jesus Christ to be saved? God’s Only Son after Adam the first Son of God was created and sinned and fell. So God only gave you one way out from hell, through Jesus Christ to be saved to reject this is your spiritual acceptance of darkness and evil. If it is evil to accept Jesus Christ, then choose your god. Those who gather with me are with Jesus Christ. Those who are against me scattereth abroad.
