Creationists will accept everything about biology (which is fundamentally based on evolution) then do a complete 180 when it comes to evolution and explain how every single scientist in history actually got this specific thing wrong even after being proven every conceivable way

They don’t just have to reject biology. They have to reject all of modern physics as well. They also cannot make sense of tons of random things. Like somehow radiometric dating is completely unreliable but oil companies somehow use it all the time to find oil and make gajillions of dollars. It genuinely is a negative IQ worldview that makes the entire world completely nonsensical.

Chemistry*. Richard Dawkins is trained in a Chemist's perspective, as was his teachers. All of Medical Sciences is (was) too.
