The entire history—including creation, breakdown, repair, and redemption—is one unfolding divine action. The process is not evidence that the Generator lost control of the generation.

The Hebrew vayinnachem (וַיִּנָּחֶם) can express grief, sorrow, or a changed relation toward what has occurred. God can eternally know the whole history while genuinely relating to events within that history as grievous.

Yes and? That doesn't change my point. Why would a perfect being who is all knowing feel grief or sorrow about something he did. That is idiotic.

God is allowed to relate to different things in different ways? Do you think the creation of humans is supposed to be a story of God enjoying himself forever, as well as everything the humans do all the time?

Yes because Christian God is not evil. If a direct contradiction of what the bible says in itself is not evidence against God because "mysterious ways" then neither can anything you want to say about God being true could be evidence either, your positive statements are not evidence of the unfolding divine action because God's ways are mysterious. What other standard other than your preference are you going to use than the story in the bible?

I understand the sentiment but there's no reason why g-d can't be a little angry chud for no good reason
We simply just don't know enough and we may never know enough about the creation of the universe to come to a conclusion.

It is not logical that an omniscient and perfect god would create something that is imperfect or something that he doesn't want and will be disappointed by

There's nothing stopping God from being whatever you want because it's an unfalsifiable concept.
