they had shitty logistics and lack of vehicles to transport the troops to keep up with the tanks. Shitty logistics meant they have to live on the land, burning villages, killing and raping on their way east. Lack of vehicles meant that they couldn't keep up with the blitkrieg and eventually being overmwheklmed by the soviet tanks and their troops on american trucks
