Well what really happened is he was just a jewish cult leader who got crucified but he got crucified near the great city and so a lot of people saw him, and he had a back and forth dialogue with the crowd and his cult members also lied to the crowd and told him he was a healer so the crowd got nervous, and using similar tricks they forged a fake letter from pilates wife saying he is magic and gave it to pilate and that scared him too as an authority figure. While he was crucified one of his followers cut the temple veil in half and everybody got scared and so you now have like 100 people running into the great city telling their children about the son of god and then their children were from the generation that actually wrote the gospels, they made it up, and added in some facts from what their parents told them. And then the word kept spreading and became popular with poor people in Rome, and then the elites started believing in it because all their slaves believed in it, and after Rome became Christian it was too powerful to stop. THEN the fighting with Islam around 1100 AD actually made the religion grow stronger! Lol.
