Will he ever cover the roman empire
>>
It seems he has guzzled down angloid history so thoroughly that the fact the wholesome chungus democratic roman republic dying in the end makes him sad and uncomfortable

He became such a joke. His depiction of Tsar Alexander in the Congress of Vienna as some retarded unreliable supervillain, because he was anti-liberal, showed his inability to disassociate his stupid personal beliefs with the actual history. I’ve heard he’s gotten even worse, though I have no interest in watching since.

>posts someone who preferred the enlightened rule of the Principate to the Republic
>>
i thought he was just an powerful /r/antiwork commie now
>>
I enjoyed his retelling of Julius Caesar. But I stopped watching after that.

I'm disappointed he didn't even cover the social war and sulla's civil war and jumped from the second punic war straight to caesar
>>
The nosedive his reputation took has honestly been quite amusing to watch.

he kept pushing it and should have realized that most romaboos are basically fascists, if not in word then in spirit

This retarded mentality alienates a lot of people interested in history. While academics may have their leftist circle jerks, the more average person is more attracted to it out of curiosity or if their families may have some ties to the events. Since much of modern liberalism is so anti national, see history as either just an opportunity to deconstruct and use construed “gotcha” points, or simply dismiss it in a “the story of a bunch of old people whom are backward.” Thus as he raves and moans about Augustus in such a way as if he’s adjacent to some modern political figure, it’s off putting. Furthermore when he shills for meme ideologies on the side like the 2020 BLMites and Anti work Redditors that cause more reputational harm. At least in avoiding these sort of clowns, it forces people to read more.

>weed is a harmless drug
so they say. He is living proof how it can destroy a man's mind.
>>
I lost all interest in him when he started editorializing and heavily coloring his depictions of historical figures with his political views.

I haven't watched anything from this faggot since the stupid "Work" video lmao. What is he up to these days?
>>
Man him trying to say that maybe Augustus's stellar reputation and Antony's terrible one is possibly an example of the winner writing history really broke some peoples brains huh? Like yeah he probably was being contrarian on-purpose for clicks, if only because telling the story of "Smart Chad Chess Master Augustus vs Idiot Frat Boy Simp Antony" is one everyone has already heard a million times, but still.

Is this supposed to be a hot edgy take?
