To be honest I had never read much on this topic, but from what I remember the courts only consider like one event in a single town to be a genocidal act despite the clear evidence there was much more and despite everyone called the whole of Serbia as genociders. I wouldn't be surprised if they overlooked atrocities on the other side, and if I'm not mistaken songs like "My dad was a war criminal" were sarcastic expressions in response to what they felt was an unfair international targeting of Serbia in the conflict.Not that any of that absolves Serbia of course, but how close was I to the reality of Serbian thought?
I don't like either side of the conflicts. Serbs had impero-commie revanchist tier tendencies with trying to unify everyone under a single banner.
