Assuming he is not impeached beforehand, Lyndon spends his tenure as a favourite punching bag for most of the press. The are a lot of interesting answers to this question: Fusion energy would enjoy a juicy influx of funding, and NASA would probably also enjoy a similar boost. Henry Kissinger's life is probably going to be somewhat unpleasant for a few years; there will be lots of bickering between the LaRouchies and the established federal goverment. Lyndon may entertain himself drowning journalists in highly cerebral gibberish and floating around insane flavour of the week projects that g nowhere.
