Everyone will eventually be in heaven, and hell is merely purgatory before heaven, and even then it is far less extreme than Catholic purgatory, unless you're Hitler or Epstein. The vast majority will stay at most a year in this hell.You follow the Law because not doing so will cause misery and early death in this life.
