Let's cut to the chase.
you guys pretend you're religious scholars, so explain like I'm 5,

Which of these is actually commensurate with modern science? I know none of them are, but which ones can I atleast twist interpretions, to pretend that's what they meant?

None. Modern science isn't a singular discourse, none of those five discourses is a singular discourse, as each of these discourses has a separate identity and as their identity is derived from differentiation in matters other than space or time, the differentiation is of a quality. Unlike qualities can not be commensurated.

Reform Judaism gives you the biggest pass in interpreting every conflict as symbolic. I give them advantage over liberal Christianity and Buddhism since they lack the more conflicting metaphysical beliefs that the latter still often possess.
