How do reactionaries defend the first and second estates opposing any kind of shared burden during the 1789 estates general?

They had their own burdens

The first and second estates weren't a political monolith, for they too were divided into various factions and personalities. The reformist minded and enlightmented influenced Aristocrats and Clergy, such as la fayette were the ones who took over using the commoners, and tried to create a constitutional monarchy, before they were overthrown in turn by the republican girondists and jacobins

They don't. They call them Jewish.

But they didn't have tax burdens.
