Now that the dust has settled, can we agree that the "War on Drugs" was just an excuse for the government to create scapegoats as that was easier and cheaper for them than actually solving real core issues that lead to poverty and drug use in the first place?

I only enjoyed taking weed the first time I took it. Afterwards it just made me stupid and spiraled my thoughts into randomness. I've tried going to weed shops to buy it again out of boredom, but every time I go inside I'm put off by how braindead and degenerated the staff look and speak.
